两种检测方式检测心力衰竭患者B型钠尿肽水平的对比

摘要 目的:探讨两种检测方式检测心力衰竭患者B型钠尿肽(B-type natriuretic peptide,BNP)水平的对比。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年7月-2019年7月收治的60例心力衰竭患者,分别采用化学发光微粒子酶免疫分析法(CMIA)与微粒子酶免疫分析法(MEIA)测定血浆BNP水平。比较两种方法检测血浆BNP水平差异及两种检测方法的一致性。结果:两种检测方法检测不同心功能分级的心力衰竭患者的血浆BNP水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但CMIA法所测得的血浆BNP的RSD均低于MEIA法。CMIA法和MEIA法检测心力衰竭患者血浆BNP水平具有显著相关性(r=0.998,P=0.000)。结论:两种方法的检测结果具有良好一致性,但CMIA法检测血浆BNP的稳定性更高,CMIA临床应用前景更广阔。 Objective:To explore the comparison of(B-type natriuretic peptide,BNP)levels in patients with heart failure detected by two methods.Method:Sixty heart failure patients admitted in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected.Plasma BNP levels were detected by chemiluminescence microparticle enzyme immunoassay(CMIA)and microparticle enzyme immunoassay(MEIA),respectively.The difference of plasma BNP level and the consistency of the two methods were compared.Result:There were no statistically significant differences between the two methods in detecting plasma BNP levels in patients with heart failure with different cardiac function grades(P>0.05).But the RSD of plasma BNP detected by CMIA method was lower than that of MEIA method.There was a significant correlation between CMIA and MEIA in detecting plasma BNP levels in patients with heart failure(r=0.998,P=0.000).Conclusion:The results of the two methods have good consistency,but the CMIA method is more stable in the detection of plasma BNP,and the clinical application prospect of CMIA is broader.
