医护一体化护理模式在骨科患者术后快速康复中的应用价值

Application Value of Integrated Nursing Mode in Rapid Postoperative Rehabilitation of Orthopedic Patients

目的:研究与分析医护一体化护理模式在骨科患者术后快速康复中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年12月-2018年12月来笔者所在医院骨科进行治疗的患有骨科疾病的患者100例,随后根据患者入院先后顺序进行单双号标记,其中单号患者作为常规护理组,双号患者作为一体化护理组,比较两组护理效果。结果:一体化护理组住院时间短于常规护理组,护理满意度评分高于常规护理组,并发症发生率低于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化护理模式在骨科患者术后快速康复中的应用价值较高,值得进一步推广与使用。

Objective:To study and analyze the application value of the integrated nursing mode in the rapid rehabilitation of orthopedic patients.Method:A total of 100 patients with orthopedic diseases who came to our hospital of Orthopedic Department for treatment from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected,Then,according to the sequence of patients’admission,the single and double numbers were marked,the single patients were set as the routine nursing group,the double patients were set as the integrated nursing group,the nursing effects of two groups were compared.Result:The hospital stay time in the integrated nursing group was shorter than that in the routine nursing group,the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that in the routine nursing group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the routine nursing group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of the integrated nursing mode of medical care in the rapid rehabilitation of orthopedic patients is higher,which is worth further promotion and use.
