综合护理干预在腹部手术后胃肠功能恢复的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Gastrointestinal Function Recovery after Abdominal Surgery

目的:探讨综合护理干预在腹部手术后胃肠功能恢复的应用效果。方法:于笔者所在医院2018年10月-2019年10月腹部手术后患者中随机选取100例。将接受常规护理的50例患者设为对照组,将在常规护理基础上接受综合护理干预的50例患者设为研究组。比较两组肠鸣音恢复时间、进食恢复正常时间、排气时间、护理前后心理状态及生活质量。结果:研究组肠鸣音恢复时间、进食恢复正常时间、排气时间均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前两组SAS、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后研究组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前两组生活质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后研究组生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理可促进腹部手术后胃肠功能的恢复,改善心理状态及生活质量,因此,临床应用推广价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal surgery.Method:A total of 100 patients after abdominal surgery in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly selected.A total of 50 patients who received routine nursing were set as the control group,and 50 patients who received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing were set as the study group.The recovery time of bowel sounds,the recovery time of eating,the exhaust time,the psychological state and the quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:The recovery time of bowel sounds,the recovery time of eating and the time of exhaust in the study group were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery,improve the psychological state and quality of life,therefore,clinical application and promotion value is high.
