MDT模式下1例大脑中动脉瘤破裂伴蛛网膜下腔出血患者的整体护理体会

Holistic Nursing Experience of 1 Case with Ruptured Middle Cerebral Artery Aneurysm with Subarachnoid Hemorrhage under MDT Mode

目的:从MDT模式下大脑中动脉瘤破裂伴蛛网膜下腔出血患者的整体护理过程中总结经验。方法:在整体护理思维的指导下对患者提出相应的护理诊断、护理依据,并根据护理诊断提出相应的护理措施。结果:经过精心护理,患者未发生并发症,顺利康复出院。结论:为MDT模式下大脑中动脉瘤破裂伴蛛网膜下腔出血患者制定最适合的护理措施,能使其得到规范、有效、积极的护理,从而促进患者顺利康复。

Objective:To summarize the experience in the holistic nursing of a patient with ruptured middle cerebral artery aneurysm with subarachnoid hemorrhage under MDT mode.Method:Under the guidance of holistic nursing thinking,the corresponding nursing diagnosis and nursing basis were put forward for this patient,and corresponding nursing measures were put forward according to nursing diagnosis.Result:After careful nursing,the patient had no complications and was discharged from hospital.Conclusion:To develop the most suitable nursing measures for the patients with ruptured middle cerebral artery aneurysm with subarachnoid hemorrhage under MDT mode,so as to make them receive standard,effective and active nursing and promote the smooth recovery of the patients.
