门诊耳鼻喉内镜检查护理服务模式分析与研究

Analysis and Study on Nursing Service Mode of Ear,Nose and Throat Endoscopy in Outpatient Clinic

目的:探讨门诊耳鼻喉内镜检查护理服务模式和护理效果。方法:将笔者所在门诊收集2017年1月-2019年11月的2353例耳鼻喉内镜检查患者,根据随机数字表法随机分组,常规护理组用常规耳鼻喉内镜检查护理服务,全方位护理组在耳鼻喉内镜检查护理服务中采取全方位护理服务模式。比较两组满意度;患者配合检查的比例、器械齐全率;护理服务前后耳鼻喉内镜检查患者的心理的应激性指标监测水平;鼻腔少量出血、粘连等并发症发生率。结果:全方位护理组满意度高于常规护理组,耳鼻喉内镜检查患者的心理的应激性指标监测水平优于常规护理组,患者配合检查的比例、器械齐全率高于常规护理组,鼻腔少量出血、粘连等并发症发生率低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论:耳鼻喉内镜检查患者实施全方位护理服务模式效果确切,可有效提高护理服务质量,减轻患者的不良应激,减少鼻腔少量出血、粘连等并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the nursing service mode and nursing effect of otorhinolaryngological endoscopy in outpatient clinic.Method:A total of 2353 patients who underwent otorhinolaryngological endoscopy from January 2017 to November 2019 were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of random number table.The routine nursing group was treated with routine otorhinolaryngological endoscopy nursing service.The omni-directional nursing service mode was adopted in the omni-directional nursing service of otorhinolaryngological endoscopy.Compared the satisfaction of the two groups,the proportion of patients cooperating with examination,the complete rate of instruments,the monitoring level of psychological stress index of patients undergoing ear,nose and throat endoscopy before and after nursing service,the incidence of complications such as small amount of bleeding and adhesion in nasal cavity.Result:The satisfaction of the omni-directional nursing group was higher than that of the routine nursing group,the monitoring level of psychological stress index of the patients undergoing ear,nose and throat endoscopy was better than that of the routine nursing group,and the proportion of patients cooperating with examination and the complete rate of instruments in the omni-directional nursing group were higher than those in the routine nursing group,the incidence of complications such as nasal bleeding and adhesion was lower than that in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of omni-directional nursing service model for patients undergoing otorhinolaryngoscopy is effective,which can effectively improve the quality of nursing service,reduce the bad stress of patients,and reduce the occurrence of complications such as small amount of bleeding and adhesion in nasal cavity.
