摘要
目的:探讨对急性胆源性胰腺炎患者行基于全程规范化护理及饮食管理干预的应用效果。方法:选取66例在笔者所在医院接受治疗的急性胆源性胰腺炎患者作为临床研究对象,选取时间为2018年1月-2019年11月。采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组33例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于全程规范化护理及饮食管理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组体温、肝功能、白细胞、血淀粉酶、腹痛缓解时间及住院时间均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性胆源性胰腺炎患者行基于全程规范化护理及饮食管理干预,可有效促进其康复,应用价值较高。
Objective:To explore the application effect of whole course standardized nursing and diet management intervention on patients with acute biliary pancreatitis.Method:A total of 66 patients with acute biliary pancreatitis who were treated in our hospital were selected as the clinical research subjects from January 2018 to November 2019.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given whole course standardized nursing and diet management intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Result:After nursing,the body temperature,liver function,leukocyte,blood amylase,abdominal pain relief time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole course standardized nursing and diet management intervention can effectively promote the recovery of patients with acute gallstone pancreatitis,and have high application value.
