细节护理对手术室护理质量及患者满意度的影响

The Effect of Detail Nursing on the Quality of Nursing in Operating Room and the Satisfaction of Patients

目的:分析实施细节护理对手术患者满意度及手术室护理质量的影响。方法:本次研究以实施细节护理前后为分组依据,研究对象选取手术室收治的患者,即2018年8月-2019年3月的40例常规护理患者为控制组,2019年4-10月的40例细节护理患者为试验组。比较两组术中体征、心理指标等变化、护理质量及患者满意率。结果:两组术中血压波动、心率波动、患者总满意率,手术室设备管理、器械预备、护士配合、消毒隔离等护理质量评分等对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对手术患者实施细节护理可减轻血压、心率波动,可提升其满意率和手术室护理质量,利于患者术后恢复,值得推广研究。

Objective:To analyze the impact of detailed nursing care on the satisfaction and quality of operating room nursing in surgical patients.Method:This study was based on the implementation of detailed care.The study subjects selected patients admitted to the operating room,40 routine care patients from August 2018 to March 2019 as the control group.Forty patients with detailed nursing from April to October 2019 were the experimental group.The changes of physical signs,psychological indicators,quality of care and patient satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The comparison of blood pressure,heart rate fluctuation,total patient satisfaction rate,operating room equipment management,equipment preparation,nurse cooperation,disinfection and isolation,and other nursing quality scores of the two groups showed significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing detailed nursing for patients with surgery can reduce blood pressure and heart rate fluctuations,improve their satisfaction rate and the quality of nursing care in the operating room,and is conducive to patients’postoperative recovery.It is worth promoting research.
