阿格列汀与格列齐特分别联合二甲双胍治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病的临床效果

Comparison of the Clinical Effects of Alogliptin and Gliclazide Combined with Metformin in Treatment of Early Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探讨阿格列汀与格列齐特分别联合二甲双胍治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年5月笔者所在医院收治的2型糖尿病肾病患者100例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组给予格列齐特联合二甲双胍,观察组给予阿格列汀联合二甲双胍,用药3个月后对比两组临床效果、临床指标包括空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胆固醇(TC)、尿素氮(BUN)、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.0%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c、TC、BUN均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率为8.0%,低于对照组的14.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病肾病患者治疗中联合应用阿格列汀与二甲双胍临床效果显著,有助于控制患者血糖,预防低血糖的发生,可在临床上进行推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Alogliptin and Gliclazide combined with Metformin in treatment of early type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Method:A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of random number table,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Gliclazide combined with Metformin,the observation group was treated with Agliptin combined with Metformin.After 3 months,the clinical effects,the clinical indicators included fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),cholesterol(TC),urea nitrogen(BUN),and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.0%,which was higher than 80.0% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c,TC,BUN of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.0%,which was lower than 14.0% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy,the combination of Agliptin and Metformin has a significant clinical effect,which is helpful to control blood sugar and prevent hypoglycemia.It can be widely used in clinical practice.
