皮内阻滞注射缓解分娩疼痛的观察及护理体会

Observation and Nursing Experience of Intradermal Block Injection in Alleviating Labor Pain

目的:对皮内阻滞注射缓解分娩疼痛的效果进行观察,并分析护理体会。方法:取2018年5月-2019年5月在笔者所在医院分娩的76例产妇作为本次研究对象,将其中38例产妇作为研究组,予以无菌注射用水注射缓解疼痛,另38例产妇作为对照组,不予以特殊处理,对比效果。结果:研究组疼痛评分低于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组活跃期、第二产程及总产程所需时间均短于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:皮内阻滞注射有效地缓解了分娩疼痛程度,更缩短了产程,使产妇有一个良好的分娩体验,可推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of intradermal block injection on the relief of labor pain and analyze the nursing experience.Method:A total of 76 women who delivered in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.38 of them were used as the study group,sterile water injection was used to relieve pain,and another 38 were used as controls group without special treatment,compared effect.Result:The pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the data differences were significant(P<0.05).The active period,the second stage of labor,and the total labor time of the study group were all shorter than those of the control group,and the differences of data were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intradermal block injection effectively relieves the pain of childbirth and shortens the labor process,so that the puerpera has a good childbirth experience and can be promoted.
