摘要 目的:通过调查苏州某三甲医院青年医务人员,分析了解职业素养的影响因素,为医院制定人才培育措施提供合理化建议。方法:基于文献研究法,结合实际构建了影响因素模型,通过问卷调查分析探讨职业素养主要影响因素。结果:研究表明,职业意识态度、专业能力、个人特质、管理能力均对职业素养有正向影响作用,影响力依次减弱。结论:医院应从强化职业精神培育;以人为本多方位正确引导;利用新媒体建立学习型医院文化,注重青年医务人员职业素养的培养。 Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of professional quality of young medical staff in a certain Grade-A Tertiary Hospital in Suzhou,and to provide reasonable suggestions for the hospital to formulate personnel training measures.Methods:Based on the literature research method combined with the actual construction of the influencing factors model,through the questionnaire survey analysis to explore the important influencing factors of professional literacy.Results:The research shows that the attitude of professional consciousness,professional ability,personal characteristics and management ability all have a positive effect on the professional quality,and the influence ability weakens in turn.Conclusion:The hospital should strengthen the cultivation of professional spirit,guide people-oriented,and use new media to establish learning hospital culture to pay attention to the cultivation of young medical staff’s professional quality.
