摘要
新疆拥有适宜的自然环境和深厚的酿酒文化,自古就成为我国重要的酿酒葡萄和葡萄酒产地。2019年4月,《新疆维吾尔自治区葡萄酒产业发展规划(2019—2025年)》正式出台,从《规划》可以看出,新疆葡萄酒产业未来将进入到扩产增量期。本文综述新疆葡萄酒产业的现状,分析新疆的产地优势及劣势,为未来新疆葡萄酒产业发展提出相应对策。
Xinjiang has a suitable natural environment and profound brewing culture,and has become an important wine grape and wine producing area in China since ancient times."The wine industry development plan of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(2019—2025)"was officially launched in 2019.And the plan indicated that the wine industry in Xinjiang will enter the period of increasing production.The paper summarizes the current situation of grape wine industry development in Xinjiang analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the grape wine producing area,and puts forward countermeasures for Xinjiang wine industry.
