加工番茄双层运输车隔层的研究

摘要 针对加工番茄超高运输造成果实人为“压烂”、汁液流失和腐烂等问题,对现有运输车斗进行双层改造,以降低农民的采后损失。以绿豆为模拟实验材料,利用颗粒物料通过狭缝时有序通过和无序架桥阻隔原理,分析隔板间距大小与压力传导的关系,隔板宽度与装载容积率的关系。隔层的通断作用与隔板间距和物料颗粒平均大小的比值相关,当隔板间距在1~2倍绿豆大小时,有显著的通断作用;装载的容积率与物料休止角和隔板宽度的平方呈负相关,适度减小隔板宽度,可大幅提高容积率。该结果可用于番茄双层车隔层设计,解决双层车装卸与下层容积率偏低问题。 In order to reduce the post-harvest transportation loss of processing tomatoes,a two-layer transformation was carried out on the existing transport truck hopper.Mung bean was used as simulation experiment material,based on the theory of slits orderly through and disordered bridge block,the relationship between space of interlayers and pressure to the lower conduction,and the rela⁃tionship between interlayer width and capacity rate were analysed.The result showed that the on-off action of the separation layer is re⁃lated to the ratio of the spacing between the partitions and the average size of the material particles.There was a significant on-off ef⁃fect when the spacing between the partitions was 1~2 times the size of mung beans.The loading volume ratio is negatively correlated with the rest angle of the material and the square of the width of the baffle.It can greatly improve the capacity ratio if moderately reduc⁃ing the width of the baffle.The result can be applied in the design of the tomato double-layer transport vehicle,which can s reduce the transportation loss of processing tomato after harvest.
