高危孕妇剖宫产术前使用钙剂对产后出血的影响研究

Effect of using calcium before cesarean section on postpartum hemorrhage of high-risk pregnant women

目的研究高危孕妇剖宫产术前使用钙剂对产后出血的影响。方法随机抽取我院收治的选择采用剖宫产术结束妊娠的高危孕妇100例,通过随机双盲选法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。观察组在术前半小时给予钙剂。比较两组高危孕妇术中出血量、术后2 h出血量、手术前后血压水平以及心率水平。结果观察组术中出血量及术后2 h出血量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的收缩压以及舒张压水平术前无明显差异(P>0.05),术后观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的心率水平术前无明显差异(P>0.05),术后观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高危孕妇剖宫产术前使用钙剂,不仅能够显著降低其产后出血量,还有利于其顺利渡过产后风险期,有益于机体功能恢复。

Objective To study the effect of using calcium before cesarean.section on postpartum hemorrhage of high-risk pregnant women. Methods 100 cases of high-risk pregnant women who chose caesarean section in our hospital were randomly slected and divided into the control group and the observation group by double-blind selection, 50 cases in each group. The control group were not given calcium before surgery, while the observation group were given calcium half an hour before surgery. The bleeding volume during operation, bleeding volume 2 h after operation, blood pressure level and heart rate before and after operation were compared between the two goups. Results The bleeding volume during operation and bleeding volume 2 h after operation in the observation group were significant less than that in the contol group(P<0.05). There were no significant difference in blood pressure level and heart rate befoe operation between the two groups(P>0.05). After operation, the blood pressue in the observation was significant higher than that in the contol group and the heart rate in the observation goup was significant lower than that in the control goup(P<0.05). Conclusion For high-risk pregnant women, using calcium before cesarean section can not only significantly reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, but also be beneficial for the restoration of body function.
