联合治疗对复发性口腔溃疡的效果研究

Study on the effect of combined treatment on recurrent oral ulcer

目的研究激光联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效和复发率。方法选取复发性口腔溃疡患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用局部激光治疗,观察组在激光治疗的基础上加用胸腺肽治疗。观察比较两组的临床疗效和复发率。结果两组治疗效果比较,P <0.05;两组复发率比较,P <0.05。结论激光联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗复发性口腔溃疡效果显著,复发率低。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of laser combined with thymosin entericcoated tablets in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods Ninety patients with recurrent oral ulcers were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with local laser, and the observation group was treated with thymosin on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The comparison of efficacy between the two groups was with P<0.05;The comparison of recurrence rate between the two groups was with P<0.05. Conclusion Laser combined with thymosin enteric-coated tablets has a significant effect on recurrent oral ulceration, which has low recurrence rate.
