鸟巢式护理对早产儿生长及相关并发症的影响

The effect of bird’s nest nursing on the development and related complications of premature infants

目的探讨早产儿应用鸟巢式护理的效果。方法选择我院收治的早产儿90例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组应用鸟巢式护理,观察两组早产儿生长发育情况及相关并发症发生情况。结果观察组早产儿体质量、头围及身长等生长发育指标增长均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组早产儿败血症、频发性呼吸暂停及低血糖等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早产儿应用鸟巢式护理能促进其生长发育,且有效降低了相关并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of bird nest nursing on premature infants.Methods Ninety premature infants were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given bird nest nursing.The development and the occurrence of related complications of premature infants in the two groups were observed.Results The growth and development indexes such as body weight,head circumference and body length of preterm infants in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as sepsis,frequent apnea and hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bird nest nursing can promote the growth and development of premature infants and can effectively reduce the related complications.
