柴葛解肌汤加减辅助治疗小儿急乳蛾风热证30例临床观察

Clinical observation on 30 cases of acute tonsillitis in children with wind-heat syndrome treated by modified Chaige Jieji Tang(柴葛解肌汤) as adjuvant therapy

目的观察柴葛解肌汤加减辅助治疗小儿急乳蛾风热证的临床疗效。方法选取2018年11月至2019年4月开封市中医院儿科门诊及住院部就诊的60例急乳蛾风热证患儿,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组予阿洛西林钠静脉滴注,高热时予对症处理,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上予柴葛解肌汤加减治疗。4 d后统计2组的临床疗效及热退时间、扁桃体充血缓解时间、咽痛好转时间。结果对照组总有效率为86.6%(26/30),治疗组为100.0%(30/30),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在热退时间、扁桃体充血缓解时间及咽痛好转时间方面均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴葛解肌汤加减辅助治疗小儿急乳蛾风热证疗效显著,能明显缩短热退时间,改善咽痛及扁桃体充血症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Chaige Jieji Tang(柴葛解肌汤) in adjuvant treatment of acute tonsillitis in children with wind-heat syndrome.Methods From November 2018 to April 2019, 60 cases of acute tonsillitis in children with wind-heat syndrome consulted in pediatric inpatient department and outpatient service of Kaifeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each.The control group was given intravenous drip of azlocillin and symptomatic treatment in high fever.The treatment group was given modified Chaige Jieji Tang on the basis of the therapeutic method of the control group.After 4 days,the clinical efficacy,abating fever time,tonsil congestion relief time and pharyngodynia improvement time of the 2 groups were counted.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 86.6%(26/30) and that of the treatment group was 100.0%(30/30).There was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The abating fever time, tonsil congestion relief time and pharyngodynia improvement time of the treatment group were all shorter than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It can significantly shorten abating fever time,relieve the symptoms of pharyngalgia and tonsil congestion with significant efficacy to use modified Chaige Jieji Tang in adjuvant treatment of acute tonsillitis in children with wind-heat syndrome, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
