中药灌肠方辅助治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎64例临床观察

Clinical observation on 64 cases of herpangina in children treated by Chinese materia medica enema prescription as adjuvant therapy

目的观察中药灌肠方辅助治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年5-10月就诊于浙江中医药大学附属嘉兴市中医院儿科住院部的127例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组63例和治疗组64例。对照组予以西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予中药灌肠方治疗。2组均以5 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较临床疗效、患儿退热时间、咽痛消失时间、疱疹消失时间和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率为96.87%(62/64),显著高于对照组的79.37%(50/63),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组的退热时间、咽痛消失时间、疱疹消失时间均明显短于对照组,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组出现腹泻1例,恶心呕吐2例,皮疹1例,不良反应总发生率为6.25%(4/64);对照组分别为2例、2例、2例,不良反应总发生率为9.52%(6/63)。2组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药灌肠方辅助治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床疗效显著,能够明显缩短临床症状消失时间,同时解决了患儿服药困难的问题,且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of herpangina in children treated by Chinese materia medica enema prescription as adjuvant therapy.Methods Totally 127 cases of children with herpangina consulted in inpatient department of pediatrics department in Jiaxing Hospital of TCM Affiliated to Zhejiang University of Chinese Medicine from May to October 2018 were chosen and divided into control group with 63 cases and treatment group with 64 cases according to random number table method.The control group was given routine Western medicine,on this basis,the treatment group was given Chinese materia medica enema prescription as therapy.Five days constituted 1 course of treatment for the 2 groups.After 1 course of treatment,the clinical efficacy, the time of abating fever,the disappearance time of sore-throat and herpes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.87%(62/64),which was significantly higher than 79.37%(50/63) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.01).The time of abating fever,the disappearance time of sore-throat and herpes of the treatment group were all significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05).In the treatment group,1 case of diarrhea,2 cases of nausea and vomiting,1 case of rash,the total incidence of adverse reactions was 6.25%(4/64);in the control group,the corresponding data are 2 cases,2 cases,2 cases, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was 9.52%(6/63).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion It has marked clinical efficacy and can markedly shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms to use Chinese materia medica enema prescription as adjuvant therapy in the treatment of children with herpangina.Meanwhile,it solves the problem of children’s difficulty in taking medicine and has good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
