100例手足口病患儿流行病学特点及肠道病毒检测结果分析

摘要 目的探究100例手足口病(HFMD)患儿流行病学特点及肠道病毒检测结果。方法选取2016年3月~2019年3月镇平县疾病预防控制中心HFMD患儿100例为研究对象,根据患者年龄、性别、发病时间等资料进行回顾性分析,并对样本进行肠道病毒检测。结果 HFMD近年来发病率有上升趋势,患儿年龄1~5岁较多,男性多于女性,发病时间以6~8月为主,主要病原为EV 71、Cox A16。结论临床应积极开展健康教育,并注重对1~5岁患儿及家属进行宣教,特别提醒男生避免接触感染源,同时6~8月加强疾病监测,提前接种EV 71、Cox A16疫苗,避免HFMD大规模流行,达到防控目的。
