渐进式放松训练对肝癌患者心理压力及癌因性疲乏的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨渐进式放松训练对肝癌患者心理压力及癌因性疲乏的影响。方法选取我院收治的肝癌患者87例,将其随机分为试验组和对照组两组,试验组44例,对照组43例。对照组予常规护理干预,试验组则在此基础上实施渐进式放松训练。干预2周后,采用抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-42)及Piper疲乏修正量表(RPFS)分别对两组患者在干预前后进行评价,比较两组患者的心理压力及癌因性疲乏水平。结果干预前两组患者的DASS-42及RPFS评分相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.1);试验组在接受渐进式放松训练后的DASS-42评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组干预后的癌因性疲乏水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肝癌患者在常规护理基础上实施渐进式放松训练,可有效缓解患者心理压力,改善其癌因性疲乏症状,提高其生活质量。
