乳杆菌活菌胶囊对细菌性阴道炎患者阴道微生态的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨乳杆菌活菌胶囊对细菌性阴道炎患者的应用价值。方法采用随机数表法将2017年6月至2019年5月原阳县中心医院收治的117例细菌性阴道炎患者分为对照组(58例)和观察组(59例)。对照组接受甲硝唑治疗,观察组接受乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗。比较两组疗效及乳酸菌计数正常率。结果对照组总有效率为77.59%(45/58),观察组总有效率为91.52%(59/58),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组阴道乳酸菌计数正常率为43.10%(25/58),观察组阴道乳酸菌计数正常率为64.41%(38/58),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对细菌性阴道炎患者应用乳杆菌活菌胶囊,效果显著,能够改善阴道菌群自我调节能力,进而起到保持阴道微环境平衡的作用。
