项目管理模式在住院医师规范化培训中的创新应用及探索

The Innovative Application and Exploration Was Used in the Project Management Pattern of Resident Standardization Training

住院医师规范化培训是一项涉及人、财、物需建立综合政策机制的系统工程。项目管理是对成功达成一系列目标的整体监测和管控。为了提高住院医师培训效果,寻找新的培训方式和方法,本文研究了将项目管理模式应用于住院医师规范化培训教学工作的优势,有针对性的找出问题,设置项目完成目标,根据设定目标确定参与人,制定方案及监督实施,评估完成情况,未完善或新出现的问题进入下一个项目管理循环。将4个项目总目标分解成8个考核点,并制定时间表、路线图,逐一攻破,效果显著。并提出进一步创新应用的建议:项目管理模式体现"全融合"理念及资源整合优势,在该项工作中,项目管理的模式可以纵横交错,灵活运用。若以医疗机构为基点,向外部延伸,通过横向融合项目管理,向医疗机构内部延伸,则可通过项目管理模式解决教学工作中的复杂及瓶颈问题,同时项目目标可根据多层次实际需求设定。

Standardized resident training is a systematic project involving the establishment of a comprehensive policy mechanism for human,financial and material needs.Project management is the overall monitoring and control of the successful achievement of a series of goals.In order to improve the effect of resident training and find new training methods,this paper studies the advantages of applying project management model to standardized resident training teaching,finds out problems pertinently,sets project completion goals,determines participants according to set goals,formulates plans and supervises implementation,evaluates completion status,and advances incomplete or emerging problems.Enter the next project management cycle.The overall objectives of the four projects are divided into eight assessment points,and a timetable and a road map are drawn up to break through one by one,with remarkable results.It also puts forward suggestions for further innovative application:project management mode embodies the concept of"full integration"and the advantages of resource integration.In this work,project management mode can be crisscrossed and flexibly applied.If medical institutions are taken as the base point,extended to the outside,extended to the inside of medical institutions through horizontal integration of project management,complex and bottleneck problems in teaching can be solved through project management mode,and project objectives can be set according to multilevel actual needs.
