脊柱外科微创手术中的并发症预防

Prevention of Complications in Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery

摘要 脊柱外科手术中的微创技术可以使与入路相关的并发症明显减少。然而,这些保留肌肉的技术仍伴随着一系列相关的风险,这些风险源于有限的接触和受限的手术操作通道。文献表明,一旦克服了相关的学习曲线,就可以在不增加并发症发生率的情况下进行这些手术,了解微创手术的风险可以让医生能够安全可靠地度过学习曲线。文章介绍了各种微创脊柱外科手术特有的并发症并提供预防策略。通过回顾相关文献现对各种微创脊柱外科手术的术前计划与定位、手术技巧进行综述。
