33423孤岛工作面端头控制技术研究与应用

摘要 针对官地矿33423孤岛工作面两端头变形剧烈难题,通过分析孤岛面及其两巷顶板整体上动态C型覆岩结构,得出两端头破坏机理,提出超前切顶卸压与调整超前支护参数方式控制技术,实现对孤岛工作面两端头的有效控制。矿压监测结果表明,该控制技术成功控制了两端头大变形,取得良好效果。 In view of the severe deformation problems at both ends of the isolated working face 33423 in Guandi Mine,through the analysis of the dynamic C type overburden structure on the whole of the isolated working face and its two lane roof,the failure mechanism of both ends is obtained,and the control technology of cutting the roof in advance to release the pressure and adjusting the support parameters in advance is put forward to realize the effective control of both ends of the isolated working face.The monitoring results show that the control technology has successfully controlled the large deformation of both ends and achieved good results.
