摘要 为解决麦捷煤业15#煤层回采率低、采掘接替紧张的难题,设计在150506工作面进行切顶卸压沿空留巷技术应用试验。理论分析计算、矿压监测等方法研究表明,切顶钻孔的最佳深度为8.0m,切缝线应向采空区倾斜10°,设计了预裂爆破参数和补强支护参数。留巷期间,顶底板移近量稳定在300mm以下,两帮移近量稳定在275mm以下,取得了良好效果。 In order to solve the problem of low recovery rate and tight replacement of mining in the 15#coal seam of Maijie Coal Industry,the application test of top cutting and pressure relief and gob side entry retaining technology is designed in the 150506 working face.Theoretical analysis and calculation,monitoring of mine pressure and other methods show that the optimal depth of the top cutting hole is 8.0m,the cutting seam should incline 10°to the goaf,and the presplitting blasting parameters and reinforcement support parameters are designed.During the period of roadway retention,the approach of roof and floor is stable below 300 mm,and that of two sides is stable below 275 mm,which has achieved good results.
