综采工作面智能喷雾泵站电气控制系统设计

摘要 为解决孟家窑煤业综采工作面防尘治理面临的控制系统独立、降尘效果差、故障频繁等问题,采用一套智能化、自动化喷雾泵站,分别设计了喷雾泵站电控系统的主回路、保护电路和控制电路。运行效果测试表明,电控系统电路设计合理、可行,为保障孟家窑煤业粉尘治理技术奠定了扎实的基础。 In order to solve the problems of independent control system,poor dust reduction effect and frequent failures in the dust control of the mechanized coal mining face in Mengjiayao Coal Mine,an intelligent and automatic spray pumping station was designed,and the main circuit,protection circuit and control circuit of the electric control system of the spray pump station were designed respectively.The test results show that the circuit design of the electric control system is reasonable and feasible,which lays a solid foundation for the dust control technology of Mengjiayao Coal Industry.
