同步荧光增敏法测定蔬菜中的多菌灵 被引量:2

DETERMINATION OF CARBENDAZIM IN VEGETABLES BASED ON ENHANCEMENT OF CYCLODEXTRIN BY SYNCHRONOUS FLUORESCENCE SPECTROMETRY

摘要 同步荧光具有光谱简单、谱带窄化、散射干扰少等优点。多菌灵本身具有一定的荧光,但荧光峰较宽,且存在干扰。当△λ=18 nm时,其同步荧光光谱只有一个简单窄化的单峰。β-环糊精能与多菌灵能形成1:1的超分子包合物,从而对多菌灵的荧光具有增敏作用,基于此建立了多菌灵的同步荧光检测法。优化实验条件下,在2.0×10-7mol/L^9.0×10-6mol/L范围内,多菌灵的浓度与同步荧光强度呈良好的线性相关,相关系数R2=0.996,检出限为6.0×10-8mol/L。该方法快速、简便、选择性较高,不需要复杂的前处理,成功用于香菇、豆芽中多菌灵的实际测定,加标回收率为92.4%~106.4%。 Synchronous fluorescence has many advantages,such as spectrum simple,narrow band and less scattering interference.The fluorescence peak of carbendazim is wide and there is interference.However,its synchronous fluorescence spectra is only a simple narrow single peak(△λ=18 nm).β-Cyclodextrin and carbendazim can form supramolecular inclusion complexes of 1:1 and enhance the sensitivity the fluorescence of carbendazim.Based on the enhancing,a synchronous fluorescence detection method for carbendazim is established.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the concentration of carbendazim is in good linear correlation with the synchronous fluorescence intensity in the range of 2.0×10-7mol/L^9.0×10-6mol/L with correlation coefficients greater than 0.996 4.The detection limit is 6.0×10-8mol/L.This method is rapid,simple,highly selective and without the need for complex pretreatment.The present is successfully applied to the determination of carbendazim in mushrooms and bean sprouts.The recovery rate is in 92.4%~106.4%.
