摘要
乳酸菌复合制剂作为无污染的新型微生物肥料,成为农业种植与土壤培肥方面的重点与热点。本研究以呼和浩特市海流图种植基地中的盐碱地为试验对象,研究菌剂对土壤理化性质、微生物含量以及农作物农艺性状的影响,为利用乳酸菌研发新型微生物制剂及其大面积应用提供理论依据。试验结果表明:持续施用菌剂,土壤pH值降低了1.19~1.43;有效磷含量提升了51.9~55.8 mg/kg;细菌及放线菌的数量分别增加57.3%~59.8%、73.4%~88.3%,真菌的数量降低了37.5%~39.5%,黄瓜的株高、茎粗、叶面积分别增幅分别为14.4%~22.0%、7.0%~13.0%、15.8%~18.0%,西红柿的增幅分别为14.0%~24.0%、7.0%~13.6%、18.0%~27.0%。乳酸菌复合制剂能够有效降低盐碱地的pH值并增加养分含量,同时能够增加土壤中的细菌、放线菌数量,降低病原微生物的数量,对盐碱地的培肥及农作物的生长具有良好的效果。
The improvement of saline-alkali soil has always been a focus to people.As a new type pollution-free microbial fertilizer,the lactic acid bacteria compound preparation has attracted more and more attention in agricultural cultivation and soil fertility.This study has taken the heavy saline-alkali soil in the Hailiutu planting base in Hohhot as experiment object.Study on the effects of lactic acid bacteria compound preparations on physical and chemical properties,microbial content and agronomic traits of crops,to provide a theoretical basis for the development of new microbial preparations and large-area applications using lactic acid bacteria.The results showed that the pH value of the soil decreased by 1.19~1.43 and the effective phosphorus content increased by 51.9~55.8 mg/kg.The number of bacteria and actinomycetes increased by 57.3%~59.8%,73.4%~88.3% respectively.The number of fungi decreased by 37.5%~39.5%.The height,stem diameter and leaf area of cucumber increased by 14.4%~22.0%,7.0%~13.0%,15.8%~18.0%,respectively.The items related above of tomato increased by 14.0.%~24.0%,7%~13.6%,18.0%~27.0%.The lactic acid bacteria compound preparation can effectively reduce the pH value of the saline-alkali soil and increase the nutrient content,and at the same time,it can increase the number of Actinobacteria in the soil,reduce the number of pathogenic microorganisms,and have good effect on the fertilization of saline-alkali land and the growth of crops.
