Facing the new economic development trend,strengthening innovation and paying attention to the in-depth and coordinated development of industry-university-research will definitely raise the quality and efficiency of China's economic development to a higher level.This paper mainly discusses how to improve the ability of collaborative innovation and how to pay more attention to the protection of intellectual property rights in the coordinated development of industry-university-research by using the method of evolutionary game,so as to provide scientific guidance for the coordinated development of industry-university-research.
