摘要
为提高聚氨酯固化道床烘干作业的自动化程度,本文提出一套烘干车控制系统,介绍其设计方案并进行现场测试。该系统以可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)模块为控制核心,通过烘干冷却设备、密封装置、走行模块、检测设备等实现对聚氨酯固化道床的自动烘干冷却,并通过显示屏直观地监测车上各限位气缸的状态。现场测试结果表明:烘干效果与烘干时间、烘干温度有关;选用烘干13 min+冷却8 min方案能够高效地对聚氨酯固化道床进行烘干;该系统具备可行性和可靠性。
In order to improve the automation of drying operation of polyurethane curing ballast bed,this paper presented a set of control system of drying car,introduced its design scheme and carried out field test.The system takes programmable logic controller(PLC)module as the control core,realizes the automatic drying and cooling of polyurethane curing ballast bed through drying and cooling equipment,sealing device,running module,testing equipment,etc.,and directly monitors the status of each limit cylinder on the vehicle through the display screen.Field test results show that drying effect is related to drying time and temperature,and the scheme of drying for 13 min+cooling for 8 min can effectively dry the polyurethane curing ballast bed.The system has feasibility and reliability.
