类轴式床单翻身法在重型药疹患者中的应用

Application of shaft-type bedsheet turn-over method in patients with severe drug eruption

目的评价类轴式床单翻身法和徒手翻身法在重型药疹患者的效果。方法选择该院2016年5月至2018年12月入院的重型药疹患者60例,按照“不平衡指数最小分配原则”将其分为传统徒手翻身组(传统组)和创新类轴式床单翻身组(创新组),并在规定时间点统计两组的二次损伤次数、继发感染例数、平均住院时间。结果创新组的二次损伤186次、继发感染2例、平均住院时间(16.87±1.03)d,显著少于传统组的2224次、6例、(20.33±1.37)d(P<0.05)。结论针对重型药疹患者进行体位变换,使用类轴式床单翻身法是一种简便、安全、行之有效的方法。

Objective To evaluate the effect of shaft-like bedsheet turn over method and bare-handed turning over method in the patients with severe drug eruption.Methods Sixty patients with severe drug eruption admitted to the hospital from May 2008 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the traditional free-handed turn-over group(traditional group)and innovative shaft-type bedsheet turning-over group(innovative group)according to the principle of"minimum distribution principle of imbalance index".And the secondary injury times,number of secondary infection cases and average hospitalization time of the two groups conducted the statistics at the specified time points.Results The secondary injury times in the innovative group were 186 times,had 2 cases of secondary infection,and average hospitalization time was(16.87±1.03)d,which in the traditional group were 2224 times,6 cases and(20.33±1.37)d respectively,the innovation group was significantly superior to the traditional group,and the difference waas statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aiming at the patients with severe drug eruption for conducting the body position change,using the shaft-like bedsheet turning-over method is a simple,safe and effective method.
