摘要
逆向设计是一种新兴技术,在生产制造水平、提高生产效率等方面具有独到的优势。对于机械设计技术来说,合理使用激光扫描测量并进行逆向设计,具有缩短开发周期、促进产品更新换代的作用。使用激光扫描仪,对自动变速器输入轴扫描,导入CATIA软件进行逆向设计,设计周期短,设计精度高,具有重要应用价值。
Reverse design is a new technology,which has unique advantages in manufacturing level and improving production efficiency.For the mechanical design technology,reasonable use of laser scanning measurement and reverse design can shorten the development cycle and promote product upgrading.Using laser scanner to scan the input shaft of automatic transmission and import CATIA software for reverse design,the design cycle is short and the design accuracy is high,which has important application value.
