基于AMEsim DR.G型远程恒压变量控制系统仿真分析

摘要 本文对DR.G型远程恒压变量控制系统系统的工作原理进行了分析说明。利用AMEsim仿真软件建立了其仿真模型,对DR.G型远程恒压变量控制进行了动静态分析,仿真得出其压力-流量曲线,与样本曲线基本一致;进一步仿真分析了系统中关键液阻阻尼口直径的大小DR.G型恒压负载敏感泵的超调量和恒压调整时间的影响。研究结果对于远程恒压变量控制系统的设计和优化提供了理论依据。 In this paper,the working principle of DR.G remote constant pressure variable control system is analyzed and explained,the AMESim simulation software was used to establish its simulation model,and the dynamic and static analysis was carried out for the Dr.G remote constant-pressure variable control,the pressure-flow curve is obtained by simulation,which is basically consistent with the sample curve.Furthermore,the effects of overshoot and constant-pressure adjustment time of Dr.G Type sensitive pump with constant pressure load in the system were analyzed by simulation.The results provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the remote control system with constant pressure variables.
