用指示表全自动检定仪检定百分表的测量准确性研究

摘要 百分表是一种在长度测量中应用较多的量仪,通常用于测量各种尺寸偏差。在长期使用过程中,由于其测量杆测头的不断磨损以及本身其制造误差,所测量出的数据误差越来越大,因此需要定期检查百分表的准确性,确保测量数据误差控制在一个合格的范围内。百分表检定仪在检定百分表的过程中,难免会受到各种外界因素的干扰,造成百分表检定结果的准确性降低,无法准确地测出该百分表是否合格,本文就如何保证百分表检定结果的测量准确性方面进行研究。并总结出一套检定规程。 Dial indicator is a kind of measuring instrument which is widely used in length measurement.It is usually used to measure various dimensional deviations.In the long-term use process,due to the constant wear of the measuring rod probe and its manufacturing error,the measured data error is more and larger,so it is necessary to check the accuracy of the dial indicator regularly to ensure that the measurement data error is controlled within a qualified range.In the process of calibrating the dial indicator,it is inevitable to be interfered by various external factors,which will reduce the accuracy of the verification result of the dial indicator and make it impossible to accurately measure whether the dial indicator is qualified.This paper studies how to ensure the measurement accuracy of the verification result of the dial indicator.A set of inspection rules is summarized.
