摘要
以人均预期寿命、生育率、恩格尔系数以及基尼系数四个宏观数据的变化来探讨新时代社区教育发展的路径,有助于促进全民终身学习、推动学习型社会的形成。以时代性为着眼点,推进社区教育发展需要解决社区教育“三无”问题、农村社区教育问题、老年教育问题,以及促进社区教育与社区治理融合的问题。对此,可以基于本土性,从农村社区教育、老年教育以及基层教育资源整合等方面采取措施,促进社区教育发展。
To explore the path of the development of community education in the new era with the changes of the four macro data of life expectancy per capita,fertility rate,Engel coefficient and Gini coefficient is helpful to promote the lifelong learning of the whole people and the formation of a learning society.From the point of view of the times,to promote the development of community education,we need to solve the problems of“three nonexistence”of community education,rural community education,elderly education,and the integration of community education and community governance.To this,we can take measures to promote the development of community education from the aspects of rural community education,elderly education and the integration of education resources at the grassroots level.
