摘要
从2003年的SARS到2009年的甲型H1N1流感,再到2020年席卷全球的新型冠状病毒肺炎,层出不穷的突发公共卫生事件不仅对公共卫生安全构成了严重威胁,还对国家经济发展、社会和谐稳定产生了重大影响,更使卫生应急管理和决策的复杂性、困难度都面临着更大的挑战。图书馆作为信息传播的平台,也应关注各种突发公共卫生事件,利用自身优势为社会做出贡献,如为政府部门提供决策信息、为专业人士提供科研信息、为社会公众提供优质资源等,通过这些服务进一步改变图书馆在社会大众心目中的地位,提高图书馆的社会影响力和大众认可度。
From SARS in 2003 to influenza A(H1N1)in 2009,and then to COVID-19 sweeping the world in 2020,the endless public health emergencies not only pose a serious threat to public health security,but also have a significant impact on national economic development,social harmony and stability,and make the complexity and difficulty of health emergency management and decision-making face bigger challenges.As a platform for information dissemination,libraries should pay attention to all kinds of public health emergencies and make contributions to the society with their own advantages,such as providing decision-making information for government departments,providing scientific research information for professionals,and providing high-quality resources for the public,etc.,and through these services,further change libraries’position in the public’s mind and improve libraries’social influence and public recognition.
