医院备战大学生临床技能竞赛的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Preparing for Clinical Skill Competition of College Students in Wuming Hospital

大学生临床技能大赛在提高临床教师教学水平及综合素质、搭建合作交流平台等方面均具有重要促进作用。近年来,广西医科大学附属武鸣医院临床技能实践团队参加了8次广西医学院校大学生临床技能竞赛,在备战各高校大学生临床技能竞赛过程中,结合学校发展和本院临床技能教育现状,通过举办赛前专项动员会、合理配置教学资源、科学选拔程序、及时心理疏导,进行及时指导管理和全程控制,确保备战工作效率,在较短时间内显著提高了参赛医学生的临床技能,顺利完成了历次竞赛培训备战工作,取得了良好成绩,并积累了大量的临床教学实践经验,为探索临床实践基地的改革提供了借鉴和思路,提高了医院临床教学水平。

College Students’clinical skills competition plays an important role in promoting the reform of clinical teaching practice in medical colleges,improving the teaching level and comprehensive quality of clinical teachers,and building a platform for cooperation and exchange.In recent years,the clinical skills practice team of Wuming Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi Medical University has participated in 8 clinical skills competitions of college students in Guangxi Medical University.In the process of preparing for the clinical skills competitions of college students,in combination with the development of the school and the current situation of clinical skills education in our hospital,through holding special pre competition mobilization meeting,reasonably allocating teaching resources,scientific selection procedures,timely psychological counseling,etc Measures:timely guidance,management and whole process control were carried out to ensure the efficiency of preparation work.In a short period of time,the clinical skills of the participating medical students were significantly improved,the preparation work of previous competition training was successfully completed,good results were achieved,and a lot of clinical teaching experience was accumulated,which provided reference and ideas for the exploration of the reform of clinical practice base and improved the clinical practice of the hospital Teaching level.
