摘要 目的探讨微课结合以病历为基础的教学模式(CBL)在普外科实践教学中的应用效果。方法将56名实习医生分为研究组(微课结合CBL教学)和对照组(常规教学方式)各28例,比较两组实习医生的实习情况。结果经过普外科实践教学后,两组实习生的普外科理论知识水平和实践应用能力均得到显著的提升(P <0.05),其中研究组实习医生的理论水平评分[(94.28±3.96)分>(87.04±3.58)分]和实践能力评分[(90.49±4.09)分>(83.37±4.61)分]高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论微课结合CBL在普外科实践教学中的应用,有助于普外科实习医生综合素质的提升,使其逐渐成长为一名优秀的普外科医疗工作人员,为广大患者提供优质的医疗服务。 Objective To explore the effect of micro course combined with the teaching model based on medical records(CBL)in the practical teaching of general surgery.Methods 56 interns were divided into study group(micro-class combined with CBL teaching)and control group(conventional teaching method)with 28 cases each.Results After general surgery teaching,two groups of interns general theoretical knowledge and practical application ability were improved significantly(P<0.05),the research group of interns theoretical level score[(94.28±3.96)>(87.04±3.58)]and practice ability score[(90.49±4.09)>(83.37±4.61)]is higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of micro-course combined with CBL in practical teaching of general surgery is conducive to the improvement of general surgery interns'comprehensive quality,making them gradually grow into an excellent general surgery medical staff,and providing high-quality medical services for the majority of patients.
