智能化影像住院医师规范化培训系统运用体会

Experience in the Application of Intelligent Learning System for Standardized Training of Medical Imaging Residents

目的构建系统化、互动性的医学影像住院医师规范化培训学习系统,帮助住院医师进行疾病的深层次学习、辅助住院医师形成系统而全面的影像诊断思路。方法建立开发肝脏肿瘤智能化学习系统,以医学影像基地规范化培训住院医师为研究对象。住院医师初次使用学习系统完成首次考核,根据使用结果进行个体化强化学习并再次考核,对两次考核结果进行比较分析。结果住院医师学习后的考核成绩及病种诊断正确率均明显提高(P=0.006 <0.01);同时,对绝大部分肝脏肿瘤各项影像学征象的认识及判断正确率亦有明显提高(P <0.05)。结论智能化医学影像住院医师规范化培训学习系统在提高住院医师临床思维能力方面起着积极而重要的作用。

Objective Established a systematic and interactive learning system to help medical imaging residents to carry out deep learning and assist them to form systematic and comprehensive imaging diagnosis ideas during standardized training period.Methods Creating an intelligent learning system based on diagnosis of liver tumors.All medical imaging residents were asked to complete self-assessment using this learning system before and after individualized intensive learning.The data were compared and analyzed.Results After the study,the assessment scores and the accuracy of tumor diagnosis were significantly improved(P=0.006<0.01).At the same time,the accuracy of understanding and judgement of the most imaging characteristics of liver tumors was also significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion the intelligent standardized training and learning system for medical imaging residents plays an active and important role in improving the clinical thinking ability of residents.
