护患沟通教育在呼吸内科临床护理教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨护患沟通教育在呼吸内科临床护理教学中的应用及经验。方法选取2019年1月-2019年6月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院呼吸科实习的60名护理专业学生,随机分成对照组及观察组。对照组护理学生接受常规护理教学,观察组护理学生在常规护理教学的基础上同时接受护患沟通强化教育。结果患者对观察组护理学生的满意度明显高于对照组。观察组的护理学生对教学方法满意度高于对照组。观察组学生对患者的诊断、诊疗方案、阳性体征、治疗目的及效果情况的掌握情况考核成绩高于对照组。结论临床护理教学中强化护患沟通教育,能够提高护理人员的职业素养和综合素质,提高教学及医疗质量。同时增加患者对医护人员的信任度及满意度,配合临床医护工作,增加患者战胜疾病的信心,使护患关系更为融洽。 Objective To explore the application and experience of nursepatient communication education in clinical nursing teaching of respiratory medicine.Methods From January 2019 to June 2019,60 nursing students,were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Nursing students in the control group received routine nursing teaching,while nursing students in the observation group received intensive education of communication between nurses and patients on the basis of routine nursing teaching.Results The patients’satisfaction with nursing students in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The examination results of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in terms of the diagnosis,treatment plan,the examination results,treatment purpose and effect of the patients.Conclusion Strengthening the communication education between nurses and patients in clinical nursing teaching can improve the professional quality and comprehensive quality of nursing staff,and improve the teaching and medical quality.At the same time,patients’confidence and satisfaction in medical staff should be increased,and clinical work should be coordinated to increase patients’confidence in overcoming diseases,so as to make the relationship between nurses and patients more harmonious.
