摘要
为落实西藏地区的对口帮扶政策,四川大学华西医院于2016年启动西藏委托培养眼科住院医师的规范化培训项目。首先充分调研西藏基层卫生机构的客观现状、了解受训住院医师的临床技能水平,结合眼科临床工作的特点,明确住院医师的培养目标,从而合理制定严谨的轮转计划。在培训过程中,将传统与创新的教学模式相结合,建立科学完善的定期考核体系,根据考核结果进一步优化培养方案,完善培训制度,形成闭环管理。其次,在提高学员临床实践能力的同时,不忘对其培养科研思维、锻炼自学能力,为西藏地区培养临床应用型以及具有岗位胜任力的专业人才。
In order to implement the counterpart support policy in Tibet,the West China Hospital of Sichuan University has launched a standardized training program for ophthalmologic resident trainees entrusted by Tibet in 2016.Firstly,the objective situation of primary health institutions in Tibet is fully investigated,and the clinical skills of trained residents are understood.Combining with the characteristics of ophthalmic clinical work,the training objectives of residents are clearly defined,so as to formulate a rigorous rotation plan reasonably.In the training process,we combine traditional and innovative teaching models,establish a scientific periodic assessment system,further optimize the training program according to the assessment results,improve the training system,and form a closed-loop management.Secondly,while improving the students’clinical practice ability,we should not forget to cultivate scientific thinking and the self-learning ability training,and finally cultivating clinical application talents and professional talents with post competence for Tibet.
