医学研究生实验室教育现状分析和策略

Analysis and Countermeasures of the Present Situation for Laboratory Education of Medical Postgraduate Students

医学研究生是医学科研工作的主力军,但其从事科学实验前往往缺乏相关知识的学习,存在科研能力训练和科研思维不足等诸多问题,致使科研工作受阻。大学医学研究实验室是培养医学、生物医学等专业人才的重要平台,承担着教学、科研和技术创新等重要的功能。医学研究生从事科研的主要场所就是实验室,但医学研究生因为专业课程所限普遍存在实验室教育方面的不足。针对医学研究生实验室教育现存的不足,文章从科学知识的储备、科研思维的建立、实验能力的训练、安全意识的强化、学术道德的培养五个方面,探讨了医学研究生实验室教育的策略问题。

Medical postgraduates are the main force of medical scientific research,but they often lack of relevant knowledge before they are engaged in scientific experiments,and there are many problems such as lack of scientific research ability training and scientific research thinking,which hinder scientific research.The University Medical Research Laboratory is an important platform for training medical,biomedical and other professional talents,which undertakes the important functions of teaching,scientific research and technological innovation.The main place for medical postgraduates to engage in scientific research is the laboratory,but because of the limitations of professional courses,there are generally deficiencies in laboratory education.In view of the existing deficiencies in the laboratory education of medical postgraduates,this paper discusses the strategies of the laboratory education of medical postgraduates from five aspects:the reserve of scientific knowledge,the establishment of scientific research thinking,the training of experimental ability,the strengthening of safety awareness and the cultivation of academic morality.
