布地奈德吸入联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效

The Clinical Efficacy of Budesonide Inhalation Joint Montelukast Treatment of Children With Asthma

目的分析治疗小儿哮喘中应用布地奈德吸入联合孟鲁司特钠的疗效。方法选取2018年10月-2019年10月于医院收治的96例哮喘患儿作为观察对象,将其根据不同的治疗方法平均分为两组,给予单独布地奈德吸入治疗的为常规组48例,给予布地奈德吸入联合孟鲁司特钠治疗的为试验组48例。比较治疗前后两组患儿肺功能相关指标、临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前肺功能相关指标两组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后试验组FEV1优于常规组(t=10.709,P=0.000)、试验组PEF优于常规组(t=4.969,P=0.000)、试验组FEV1/FVC优于常规组(t=9.853,P=0.000);试验组总有效率97.92%显著高于常规组81.25%,具有统计学意义(χ^2=7.144,P=0.008);试验组不良反应总发生率10.42%较低于常规组14.58%,但差异并不显著不具统计学意义(χ^2=0.381,P=0.537)。结论将布地奈德吸入联合孟鲁司特钠应用在小儿哮喘治疗中具有显著临床效果,不仅可改善患儿肺功能水平,提高临床疗效,并且孟鲁司特钠的生物利用度较高,在机体内可完全代谢,有着较高的安全性。

Objective To analyze the treatment of children with asthma Budesonide Inhalation montelukast sodium effect.Methods October 2018 to October 2019 asthmatic children admitted to hospital for the object 96 cases,were divided into two groups according to different treatments,administered alone budesonide inhalation therapy group 48 is a conventional,budesonide Inhalation treatment of Montelukast Test group 48.Two groups of children lung function before and after treatment,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions.Results Treatment-related lung function parameters between two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05),the experimental group after treatment than the conventional FEV1 group(t=10.709,P=0.000),than the conventional test group PEF group(t=4.969,P=0.000),the test group FEV1/FVC over conventional group(t=9.853,P=0.000);the test group was 97.92%higher than the efficiency of conventional group 81.25(χ^2=7.144,P=0.008);test the overall incidence of adverse reactions 10.42%14.58%lower than conventional group,but the difference was not significant(χ^2=0.381,P=0.537).Conclusion Budesonide Inhalation Montelukast applications have significant clinical effects in the treatment of asthma in children,not only can improve the patient's level of lung function,improve the clinical efficacy,montelukast sodium and bioavailability in the body within a completely metabolized,higher security.
