ALA-PDT治疗结节囊肿型痤疮的浓度选择

Concentration Selection of ALA-PDT in the Treatment of Nodular Cystic Acne

目的分析不同浓度ALA-PDT治疗结节囊肿型痤疮的效果。方法现选取2016年5月-2018年11月医院收治的结节囊肿型痤疮患者120例为研究对象,随机分为对照组60例浓度为5%、观察组60例用药浓度为7.5%。分析临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗后皮损评分明显高低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者总有效率98.33%(59/60)相比于对照组更高86.67%(52/60),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者不良反应率3.33%(2/60)显著少于对照组13.33%(8/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.927,P <0.05)。结论 7.5%浓度的ALA-PDT可有效提升结节囊肿型痤疮治疗效果,促使皮损修复,避免远期复发,无严重不良反应。

Objective To analyze the effect of different concentrations of ALA-PDT in the treatment of nodular cystic acne.Methods 120 patients with nodular cystic acne admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to November 2018 were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)with 5%concentration and observation group(60 cases)with 7.5%concentration.Analysis of clinical efficacy.Results After treatment,the skin lesion score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.33%(59/60)higher than that of the control group by 86.67%(52/60),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 3.33%(2/60).The difference was significant(χ^2=3.927,P<0.05).Conclusion 7.5%ALA-PDT can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of acne nodular cyst,promote the repair of skin lesions,avoid long-term recurrence,without serious adverse reactions.
