Nursing Care of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture Undergoing Artificial Femoral Head Replacement

目的了解人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的护理心得。方法将医院2017年2月-2018年12月的68例高龄骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者,随机分组,常规护理服务组给予人工股骨头置换术治疗和常规护理,全面护理服务组开展人工股骨头置换术治疗和全面护理。比较两组满意度;人工股骨头置换术治疗的平均耗时、高龄骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折术后住院时间、下床时间;护理前后髋关节功能;手术并发症率。结果全面护理服务组满意度、髋关节功能、人工股骨头置换术治疗的平均耗时、高龄骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折术后住院时间、下床时间、手术并发症率对比常规护理服务组有优势,P <0.05。结论高龄骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者实施人工股骨头置换术治疗和全面护理效果确切。

Objective To understand the nursing experience of artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of elderly osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods 68 elderly patients with osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was treated with artificial femoral head replacement and routine nursing.Group B was treated with artificial femoral head replacement and comprehensive nursing.Compare the satisfaction of the two groups;the average time consumed in the treatment of artificial femoral head replacement,the length of hospital stay and the time of getting out of bed after operation for elderly osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture;hip joint function before and after nursing;the rate of complications.Results The satisfaction,hip function,average time of artificial femoral head replacement,hospitalization time,out-of-bed time and complication rate of elderly patients with osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture in group B were superior to those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of artificial femoral head replacement and comprehensive nursing for elderly patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femur is definite.
