Efficacy of Unsafe Factor Analysis in Neonatal Care

目的探讨新生儿护理中应用不安全因素分析的效果。方法结合研究要求,研究人员从2017年3月-2019年3月入院治疗的新生儿中,选取符合入组以及排除标准的患者140例,对照组患者接受研究人员给予的常规护理,研究组接受研究人员给予加强护理,对不安全因素进行分析后,在不同的治疗方法下,对比两组患者的护理满意度评分、住院时长以及不良事件发生率。结果护理满意度评分,研究组高于对照组,不良事件发生率、住院时长,研究组低于对照组,两组患者的组间数据对比,表明本次研究具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论新生儿护理中对不安全因素进行分析,能有效的提升护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of unsafe factor analysis in neonatal nursing.Methods According to the research requirements,140 neonates who met the criteria of admission and exclusion were selected from March 2017 to March 2019.Patients in the control group received routine care from the researchers,while those in the research group received intensive care from the researchers.After analyzing the unsafe factors,the patients in the control group did not receive routine care from the researchers.Under the same treatment,the scores of nursing satisfaction,length of hospitalization and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group.The incidence of adverse events and length of hospitalization in the study group were lower than those in the control group.The data comparison between the two groups showed that the study had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The analysis of unsafe factors in neonatal nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing.
