摘要
以N-甲基咪唑为原料,采用无溶剂微波辐射方法合成了两种烷基咪唑卤化物离子液体,探讨了反应时间、原料配比及微波功率对反应产率的影响。结果表明,不同卤代烷的反应活性不同,所需要的微波功率和反应时间有明显差异,微波功率为200 W,微波辐射反应时间5 min,合成1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑溴化物产率达到94.6%。微波功率为300 W,微波辐射反应时间20 min,合成1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯化物产率为82.1%。
Two kinds of alkyl imidazole halides ionic liquids were synthesized from N-methylimidazole by solvent-free microwave radiation method.The effects of reaction time,raw material ratio and microwave power on the reaction were discussed.The results indicated that the reactivity of haloalkanes were different and the microwavepower and reaction time required were significantly different.1-Butyl-3-methylimidazole bromide was prepared for 5 min under 200 W microwave power with 94.6%yields.1-Butyl-3-methylimidazole chloride was prepared for 20 min under 300 W microwave power with 82.1%yields.
