摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和甲基丙烯酸-十三氟辛酯(FMA)为原料首次成功合成了含氟大分子单体M1和M2。通过大分子单体法引入含氟支链,成功制备了疏水性含氟聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯接枝共聚物P1和P2。接触角测试表明,随着大分子单体中FMA含量的增加,接枝共聚物的水接触角逐渐增加,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)经接枝改性后由亲水性转变为疏水材料,接触角增大至128.8°。因此,通过接枝改性PET,可有效提高其疏水性。
By using methyl Methacrylate(MMA)and 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyl methacrylate(FMA)as monomers,fluorinated macromonomers M1 and M2 were successfully synthesized for the first time.Hydrophobic graft copolymers P1 and P2 were successfully prepared by the macromonomer method using fluorine-containing macromonomers M1 and M2.The results of contact angel show that,by increasing of the FMA content in the macromonomers,the water contact angle of the graft copolymers gradually increased.As a result,the polyethylene terephthalate(PET)was modified by graft copolymerization and changed from hydrophilic to hydrophobic.The contact angel of P2 extends to 128.8°.Therefore,hydrophobicity can be effectively improved by graft modification of PET.
