The Change of Prefabricated Building System and Technological Evolution of Japanese Housing Production

首先论述了作为预制建筑构法发展与应用的基本理论和背景的“建筑生产的工业化”概念及其内涵;指出预制建筑构法在日本低层住宅建筑和中高层集合住宅建筑中是完全不同的两个领域;在此基础上讨论了中高层住宅建筑结构主体的预制混凝土、内装与设备部品化建筑构法的研发历程、技术普及和发展变化;最后对当前日本中高层住宅生产中采用的预制建筑构法和未来技术发展动向进行了反思与展望。

This paper first explicates the concept of“industrialization of architectural production”as the backdrop for development of prefabricated building system and the basic theory of its application.It contends that prefabricated building system applied in low-rise housing is entirely distinct from that in medium-and high-rise collective housing,on which basis it examines the research and development processes and evolution of prefabricated concrete,used in the bulk of medium-and high-rise housing,as well as construction of interior and equipment components.In conclusion,it reflects on contemporary development and technologies of prefabricated building system in medium-and highrise collective housing with predictions of its prospective technologies.
