摘要
从日本公共住宅的建筑长寿化起源出发,简述了日本建设省百年住宅体系认定制度、技术实践历程、日本国土交通省SI住宅的发展以及建设案例;阐述了日本政府长期优良住宅政策制度;并提出建筑长寿化相关社会化发展方向。
Starting from the genesis of long-lived architecture of Japanese public housing,this paper briefly introduces the registration system of CHS housing by Ministry of Construction in Japan,as well as the development of SI housing under the aegis of Japanese Ministry of Transportation and related examples.It delineates the registration system of long-term excellent housing projects in Japan,contending for long-lived architecture as the prospect of related social development.
