热毒宁注射液联合中药穴位贴敷在手足口病中的应用

Application of Reduning Injection Combined with Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease

目的探讨热毒宁注射液联合中药穴位贴敷在手足口病中的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月广西南宁市第二人民医院收治的63例手足口病患儿为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组(n=31)和研究组(n=32)。对照组患儿给予热毒宁注射液治疗,研究组患儿同时联合中药穴位贴敷治疗,连续治疗7 d。观察并记录2组患儿临床症状改善时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患儿的退热时间、皮疹消退时间以及口腔疱疹消退时间均较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿的不良反应发生率为3.12%,显著低于对照组患儿的16.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷联合热毒宁对手足口病患儿的治疗效果显著,能够有效缓解各项临床症状,且安全性好。

Objective To explore the effect of Reduning injection combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods A total of 63 children with hand,foot and mouth disease admitted to the second people's hospital of nanning,guangxi from August 2018 to August 2019,were selected as research objects and randomLy divided into the control group(n=31)and the research group(n=32).Children in the control group were treated with retoxonine injection,while children in the research group were treated with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine for 7 days.Observe and record the time of improvement of clinical symptoms and the occurrence of adverse reactions in 2 groups of children.Results The time of fever regression,skin rash regression and oral herpes regression in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.12%,which was significantly lower than 16.13%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Reduning on children with hand,foot and mouth disease has a significant effect,which can effectively alleviate various clinical symptoms,and has good safety.
